Full kitchen refurbishment taken back to bare walls and rebuilt to a bright, modern standard.
This property came to us with a tired, dated kitchen in need of a complete overhaul. Our team carried out a full strip-out, removing the old units, worktops, flooring and fittings before making good the walls and preparing the space for its new layout.
From there we completed first and second fix works, fresh plastering, a new fitted kitchen with hard-wearing worktops, new flooring throughout and full redecoration. The finished space is clean, practical and ready for its next tenant, delivered on programme as part of a managed void turnaround.
