Spring Close
Extensive refurbishment delivered in-house from strip-out through to handover.
One of our larger recent projects, Spring Close involved an extensive refurbishment that began with a comprehensive strip-out and preparation of the space. Old units, worktops and finishes were removed and the walls brought back to a sound, level base.
We completed fresh plastering, first and second fix works, a new fitted kitchen with a smart tiled splashback, new flooring and full redecoration throughout. Managing every trade under one roof kept the works tightly coordinated, and the property was handed back clean, safe and ready for occupation.
